Analysis and performance test on dynamic seed corn threshing and conveying process with variable diameter and spacing

In order to further reduce the damage rate in threshing seed corn, a corn testbed with variable diameter and spacing that can realize dynamic adjustment of parameters, such as feed quantity, rotating speed device, units, was designed this research. The software finite element analysis ANSYS Workbench applied do modal on axis for corn. first 8 orders natural frequencies were distributed 201.12-1640.20 Hz, corresponding vibration amplitude 5.86-27.04 mm, showing reasonable structural design axis, which could effective conveying. Discrete method simulation conveying process spacing. Under condition different thresher, moving clusters contact force among measured through simulation, working characteristics low-damage revealed. Working performance test results showed that, when 190-290 r/min, quantity 1.80-3.80 kg/s, 0.32%-0.63%, 99.20%-99.82%, content impurity 4.23%-5.86%, mass threshed grains increased then decreased along axial direction. verification line results; thus, satisfy requirements actual operation.
